【摘要】 目的:探讨团体认知行为干预化解酒精依赖患者导致家庭冲突的效用。方法:76例男性住院酒精依赖患者,实验组40例,对照组36例,运用密西根酒精依赖调查表(MAST-24),问卷调查,评测干预前后评分。5年跟进调查记录治疗功效。结果:基于对MAST评分重复测量方差分析,经过12周治疗,两组患者就婚姻家庭问题、自我或他人所认识的饮酒问题、工作、社会问题、、肝脏的等疾患问题上,其组间效应、治疗时间效应、交互效应都显示统计学意义(p<0.001),各项评分显著下降:因饮酒问题寻求帮助问题上,其组间效应、治疗时间效应显示统计学意义(p<0.01),交互效应无统计学意义(p=0.12),治疗后评分显著上升;实验组40例酒精依赖者37人(92.5%持续戒酒,90%的家庭冲突消除)。结论:团体行为认知干预对于治疗酒精依赖者疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the utility of group cognitive-behavioral intervention to resolve family conflicts caused by alcohol-dependent patients.Methods:a total of 76 male alcohol-dependence patients were divided into the observation group(40 cases) and the control group(36 cases).The control group received routine care,and the observation group received group cognitive-behavioral intervention.Clinical efficacies were assessed with Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test(MAST).5 years follow-up survey record treatment efficacy.SPSS 18 was used in data analysis.Results:Repetitive measure analysis of variance based on the MAST score,after 12 weeks of treatment,two groups of patients was known of marriage and family problems,self or others problem drinking,work,social problems,and liver diseases,the group effect,time effect and interaction effect between show statistical significance(p<0.001),The ratings dropped significantly.Because alcohol problems to seek help,its effect,time effect between groups showed statistical significance(p<0.01),Interaction effect of no statistical significance(p=0.12),Score significantly increased after the treatment.37 alcohol-dependence patients in the observation group were improved the family relationship(92.5%of patients continuous giving up alcohol,90.0%family conflict eliminated).Conclusion:The group cognitive-behavioral intervention plays a very important role in family relationships of alcohol-dependence patients,and it has significant efficacy.更多还原
