【摘要】 海宁市于1977年被卫生部确定为全国大肠癌防治现场点,并成立了肿瘤防治科研机构—海宁县肿瘤防治研究室(现海宁市肿瘤防治研究所),承担以大肠癌为主的肿瘤防治科研工作任务。同年,依托预防保健网成立县、乡(镇)、村(居委会)三级防癌网,并建立了恶性肿瘤登记报告制度,于1990年开始,在全市范围内建立了居民死因登记报告制度。通过长期、系统、连续的肿瘤监测,至今已积累了40年肿瘤登记资料。海宁市2003～2007年肿瘤发病、死亡资料被世界卫生组织每五年出版一卷的《五大洲癌症发病率第10卷》收录。1977～1981年,对全县30岁以上24万余自然人群开展了大肠癌普查工作;从2007年开始对全市40～74岁目标人群开展了大肠癌早诊早治筛查工作,截止到2016年共筛查了40余万人,并取得了显著成效。历年来,共承担国家、省(部)、地、市科研项目40余项(含协作),获得国家、省(部)、地、市科技进步奖36项,其中:国家二、三等奖各1项,省部级3项;共发表论文60余篇。40年来,海宁肿瘤防治科研工作取得了丰硕成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Haining City Health Department identified as the national colorectal cancer prevention and control was established on 1977,and on the prevention and treatment of cancer research institutions-Haining County Cancer Center(now Haining City Institute for cancer research,cancer research) undertake the work task to colorectal cancer mainly.In the same year,relying on the establishment of County Rural health care network.(town),village(neighborhood)three level network and the establishment of cancer,malignant tumor registration and reporting system began in 1990,in the context of the establishment of a resident death registration reporting system.Through a long-term,continuous monitoring system,tumor,and this has accumulated 40 years of cancer registry.The incidence rate of cancer in Haining 2003～2007,the data of death by WHO published every five years,a roll of "cancer incidence in five continents in tenth volumes included >.1977～1981 years,the county 30 years more than 24 natural population census work carried out for colorectal cancer;from the beginning of 2007 For the 40～74 years of the target population to carry out early diagnosis and early treatment of colorectal cancer screening,by the end of 2016 has screened more than 40 people,and has made remarkable achievements.Over the years,a total commitment to the national,provincial,city(Department),more than 40 scientific research projects(including cooperation),access to national,provincial(Ministry),,,36 scientific and technological progress awards,including:two countries,third-prize each 1,3 provincial and ministerial level;and has published more than 60 papers in.40 years,Haining cancer research work has achieved fruitful results.更多还原
