职能背景对CEO食品安全关注度的影响研究

【摘要】 基于高阶理论和企业注意力基础观,运用我国沪深交易所2009-2012年的食品饮料制造业上市公司的数据实证检验了CEO的职能背景对食品安全关注度的影响以及企业性质、CEO两职合一的调节作用。研究结果表明:拥有输出型职能背景的CEO对食品安全的关注程度较高;企业性质、CEO两职合一负向调节CEO输出型职能背景与其对食品安全的关注程度的正相关关系。

【Abstract】 Drawing on upper echelons theory and attention-based view,a relation model among CEO functional background,CEO attention to food safety,firm state ownership and CEO duality is first developed.Then,an empirical test is conducted using the 2009-2012 data from food and beverage manufacturing firms listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China.The results indicate that CEO with output functions is positively related to CEO attention to food safety.Further,the relationship between CEO output Functions and CEO attention to food safety is weakened by firm state ownership and CEO duality.
