【摘要】 "SanCaoGuiYuanTang" is a prescription with anticancer effect,which was screened from Fujian traditional Chinese medicine by our research group.The research had shown that it can significantly inhibit the growth of cancer cells,especially in the ovarian cancer,by inducing cell apoptosis,inhibiting Akt and ERK phosphorylation.Therefore "SanCaoGuiYuanTang" is a prescription with development value,but its efficacy material basis and mechanism are still unknown.By mean of bioactivity-guided isolation,our research group had purified three kinds of active compounds from the prescription,and found these three compounds can be absorbed into blood in the rats intragastric administration.Accordingly,we speculate that these three compounds may play the main efficacy components into blood finally.Now,my research groups are investigating the contribution of components efficacy in blood,and then to expound the main active components of the prescription in vivo.Furthermore,we proceed to do pharmacological studies in vitro and in vivo,using active ingredients(alone or combined) in vivo,and to reveal the molecular mechanism of ovarian cancer cells apoptosis induced by "SanCaoGuiYuanTang",based on the PI3 K/Akt/ERK signal pathway.更多还原
