【摘要】 随着世界贸易中心向亚太地区的转移,利用国际航运业东移的大趋势,以及"一带一路"海上丝路发展契机,抓住我国建设海洋大国到海洋强国的历史机遇,更好促进海峡两岸航海人才培养合作,提出在航海专业教育中以引导、重塑自信、扶持为出发点,引导航海专业学生以国际长远视野正确看待航海业,积极投身航海事业。探索符合当代世界航海发展、有中国特色、适合两岸合作的航海教育管理方法和教学改革途径,培养符合国际行业要求的复合型航海高级人才,推动航海事业健康发展。更多还原
