全层组织工程皮肤修复猪糖尿病体表溃疡的实验研究

【摘要】 目的研究应用全层组织工程皮肤对猪糖尿病体表溃疡进行修复治理,观察其治疗效果。方法选取4只年龄在2.5个月左右的约克猪作为猪糖尿病体表溃疡模型动物,每只动物模型出现8个糖尿病体表溃共计,将其中4个溃疡创面通过全层组织工程皮肤修复治疗为研究组,2个溃疡创面通过移植自体皮肤进行治疗为对照组,2个溃疡创面不进行治疗为空白组,对比研究组和对照组溃疡创面皮片存活率,对比三组溃疡创面术后1-6周的收缩率以及溃疡创面相应的组织学变化规律。结果研究组与对照组溃疡创面皮片存活率(均为100.00%)和创面术后收缩率对比均无显著差异(P>0.05),但两组创面收缩率均显著低于空白组创面(P<0.05)。结论全层组织工程皮肤用于修复猪糖尿病体表溃疡效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tissue engineering skin on the treatment of diabetic skin ulcer in pigs.Methods a total of four age in about2.5 months of Yorkshire pigs as swine diabetic skin ulcer animal model,each animal model appears eight diabetic Bingti table break a total of,which will be four ulcer wound through all layers of the tissue engineering skin repair treatment as the study group,2 ulcer by transplantation of autologous skin for treatment as control group,two ulcer without treatment in the blank control group,comparative study group and control group,ulcer wound skin graft survival rate,compared three groups of ulcer wound after6 weeks of shrinkage and ulcer of the corresponding histological changes of rules.Results study group and the control group ulcer wound skin piece survival rate(100.00%) and wound contraction rate comparison showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),but the two groups wound contraction rate were significantly below the blank wound group(P < 0.05).Conclusion the whole tissue engineering skin is better for repairing the skin ulcer of diabetes.更多还原
