【摘要】 目的研究分析阿立哌唑合并氯氮平对难治性精神分裂症患者BMI、LDL-C、T-CHO水平的影响。方法回顾性分析我院于2013年1月~2016年3月收治的240例难治性精神分裂症患者的病历资料,分为对照组和观察组,对照组中的120例患者进行氯氮平治疗,观察组患者采取阿立哌唑合并氯氮平治疗,对比分析两组患者PANSS总分和BMI、LDL-C、T-CHO水平。结果(1)治疗后观察组患者的者PANSS总分和对照组比较,明显降低,P<0.05,有统计学意义。(2)观察组患者治疗后的身体质量和对照组比较,明显较低,P<0.05,有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗后LDL-C水平和对照组比较,明显降低,P<0.05,有统计学意义。观察组患者治疗后T-CHO水平逐渐升高,两组间比较,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论阿立哌唑合并氯氮平可以减缓对难治性精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢的影响,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the aripiprazole combined with clozapine for intractable mental division BMI,LDL-C,T-Cho levels.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2013~March 2016 were 240 cases of refractory schizophrenia patients medical records,divided into the observation group and the control group,120 patients in the control group of clozapine treatment,the patients in the observation group were treated with aripiprazole combined chlorine nitrogen Mercedes Benz therapy,and to compare and analyze the two groups PANSS total score and body mass index(BMI),LDL-C,T-Cho levels.Results(1) Compared with the control group,the PANSS total score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and P <0.05 was significantly lower than that of the control group.(2) Compared with the control group,the body mass of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the P<0.05 was statistically significant.Compared with the control group,the LDL-C level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the P<0.05 was statistically significant.Observation group after treatment,the level of T-CHO gradually increased,compared with the two groups,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion:Aripiprazole combined with clozapine can slow on intractable mental split the effects of glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
