等浓度H2O2漂白反应历程的研究

【摘要】 在笔者以前的研究中,采用连续补充药液保持其浓度恒定的"等浓度漂白"法提高了H2O2漂白的效率。为了进一步表明等浓度漂白方法的优点,本研究详细探讨了等浓度漂白反应的历程。结果表明,在漂白过程中纸浆的白度、漂白系统中木素、乙酸、聚木糖浓度以及漂白液的CODCr浓度在漂白前期快速增加,在漂白中后期呈稳定的缓慢增加态势;H2O2消耗量与纸浆白度的提高有较好的对应关系。
【Abstract】 In our previous studies,the Iso-concentration(IC) bleaching method(which maintained constant chemical concentrations by supplementing continuously chemical) significantly improved the efficiency of peroxide bleaching.This study investigated the reaction process in the Iso-concentration bleaching.The results indicated that the increasing of pulp brightness,CODCr concentration of the bleaching liquor,and the concentrations of reaction products(including lignin,polydextrose,polyxylose,and acetic acid) proceeded via a rapid initial phase followed by a slow and even phase.There was a better corresponding relationship between the peroxide consumption and the pulp brightness development.
