TiBw/TA15网状钛合金多向锻造过程组织性能演变规律

【摘要】 通过热压烧结法制备了TiB体积分数为3.5%的TA15网状钛合金圆柱坯料,将该烧结态坯料在1000℃进行多向锻造。测试烧结态坯料以及锻态试件不同部位的组织与性能,分析锻后组织与性能的均匀性。结果表明:烧结态网状钛合金的显微组织呈三维(3D)空间网状分布,经过锻造后网状组织虽然扁平化,但是仍然保持3D网状分布,并且在锻件不同部位网状组织及性能分布均匀。此外,锻后材料性能在没有降低强度的情况下,塑性显著提高。

【Abstract】 3.5 vol.% TiB reinforced TA15 matrix composite with network microstructure was fabricated by reaction hot pressing method. An as-sintered cylindrical billet subjected to multi-directional forging operations with intermediate heating at 1000℃. The microstructure and tensile properties at different locations of as-sintered billet and as-forged work piece were observed and tested. The results revealed that the TiB reinforcements of as-sintered composite exhibited three-dimensional(3 D) distribution, while the network units still kept 3 D shape after multi-directional forging. Although microstructure of as-forged composite was slightly flattened, it showed uniform distribution, resulting in homogeneous tensile properties. The elongation of as-forged composites was obviously increased compared with that of as-sintered composites without sacrificing of strength.
