DC04钢板胀形-渐进成形直壁件的复合成形能力研究

【摘要】 渐进成形可以实现在板料局部区域内成形出用传统方法无法加工的复杂曲面造型。为了提高渐进成形过程中板料的成形极限和加工效率,本文提出了胀形-渐进成形的复合成形方法。通过研究DC04钢板胀形-渐进成形复合成形和纯渐进成形直壁件的成形极限角和应变变化,结果表明,胀形-渐进成形复合成形直壁件,使得板料的渐进成形极限和零件的加工效率均得到了提高,随着直壁部分胀形预成形高度的增加,渐进成形过程中"减薄带"区域板料厚度增加的程度下降,渐进成形极限的增大幅度也会有所降低。采用胀形-渐进成形的复合成形方法不仅可以提高DC04钢板胀形-渐进成形直壁件的渐进成形极限角还可以提高成形效率。

【Abstract】 Curved surface modeling in the local area of sheet metal could be implemented through incremental forming which could not be processed by conventional ways. To improve the forming limit and efficiency, a hybrid forming of incremental forming combined with bulging was presented. The forming limit angles and the strain variations of hybrid forming and pure incremental forming straight wall parts for DC04 steel sheet were investigated. It could be drawn from the results that the forming limit and the machining efficiency of hybrid forming straight wall parts have been improved. With the increase of preformed heights for straight wall parts, the increasing extent of sheet thickness in "thinning band" during incremental forming process was decreased. The increase degree of sheet incremental forming limit was also decreased. The hybrid forming of bulging combined with incremental forming not only could improve the incremental forming limit angle but also could improve the forming efficiency.
