不同模块对矩形波导管小半径绕弯壁厚变化和截面变形的作用

【摘要】 基于ABAQUS软件,本文建立了经试验验证可靠的不同模块匹配下矩形波导管小半径绕弯三维有限元模型,研究了不同模块对管件壁厚变化和截面变形的作用。结果表明:芯模可显著减小矩形管截面变化率,但增大了壁厚减薄率和壁厚增厚率。防皱块可增加矩形管芯模支撑区的壁厚减薄率,减小非芯模支撑区的壁厚减薄率,同时,添加防皱块时,管件的壁厚增厚率会减小,但截面变化率会增大。添加顶推块虽然加剧了矩形管壁厚增厚率,但降低了壁厚减薄率和截面变化率。

【Abstract】 Based on ABAQUS software, the 3-D FE models of rotary draw bending(RDB) with small bending radius for rectangular waveguide tube under different die matching have been established in this paper and validated by experiment, then the effect of different dies on wall thickness variation and cross-sectional deformation of rectangular tube was studied. The results show that: The mandrel can remarkably decrease the cross-sectional deformation ratio of rectangular tube, while increase the wall thickening ratio and wall thinning ratio. By adding the wiper die, the wall thinning ratio will be increased in mandrel support zone while decreased in no mandrel support zone, at the same time, the wall thickening ratio can be reduced but the cross-sectional deformation ratio will be enlarged. Although the booster die can aggravate the wall thickening ratio, it decreases the wall thinning ratio and cross-sectional deformation ratio.
