拉伸成形对铝合金晶粒尺寸及表面橘皮的影响

【摘要】 本文对2A12-O铝合金试件进行拉伸-退火-拉伸-淬火加工工艺处理后,进行补拉加工,观察其表面是否出现橘皮现象,同时对合金的显微组织进行观察并测量其晶粒尺寸以分析该加工工艺中拉伸分配量对合金的平均晶粒尺寸及表面质量的影响。实验表明,加工后的试件在随后的补拉过程中,其表面均出现严重的橘皮现象;合金的显微组织为明显的粗晶组织,其晶粒形状不规则,晶粒尺寸分布在100μm到1000μm的范围;每个试件的平均晶粒尺寸均在500μm以上且试件间的平均晶粒尺寸相差较小。因此,在本文实验条件下所进行加工工艺中,拉伸分配量对合金的平均晶粒尺寸及表面橘皮的影响较小。
【Abstract】 After tensile-annealing-tensile-quenching, 2A12-O aluminum alloy was stretched to observe whether the orange peel surface would appear, meantime the microstructure of the alloy was observed and the grain size of the alloy was measured, then effect of the allocation amount of tensile deformation on grain size and microstructure of the alloy was analyzed.The experiment indicated that processed specimens had serious orange peel phenomenon in the subsequent stretching process; the microstructure of the alloy was a coarse grain structure, the grain shape of the alloy was irregular and the grain size ranged from 100μm to 1000μm, the average grain size of each processed sample was above 500μm and the difference of average grain size between the specimens was small. Therefore, the tensile distribution of the process under the experimental conditions was a small factor affecting the average grain size and surface orange peel of the alloy.
