一次冷空气大风水平与垂直风场结构分析

【摘要】 利用MICAPS天气和区域自动站观测资料、美国NCEP 1°×1°再分析资料、上饶市TWP8-L对流层风廓线雷达资料,以及赣东北地形资料,对2017年11月17~18日江西出现的冷空气大风天气进行分析,结果表明:(1)这次冷空气大风天气为极涡偏心型高层环流背景,冷空气路径为东路,自蒙古向东南方向影响河套地区继而南下影响江西境内;(2)江西省境内南北向地面24小时变压差达到9h Pa以上,气压梯度力是造成全省境内出现大风天气的原因之一;(3)冷空气在风廓线图上特征是高空风比较大,随时间推移慢慢往下渗透;冷空气过境近地面风向有个转换过程,由偏西风转为偏东风;由于东部走廊地形的影响,冷空气由东向西沿狭窄地形移动过程中,风速不断加大,并形成局地低层大风区。(4)V-3θ图上,对流层的中部有低温区,风随高度逆转有冷平流存在;700hPa以下θsed线与θ*线明显降低位温向左突出,对流层低层的冷空气明显加强,400hPa以下向左突出面积越大影响越大。(5)浙赣皖三省交界的地形对冷空气大风有风向的转变作用,江西东部走廊的地形作用使得偏北大风转为东北风,且由于狭管效应,东部走廊区域的大风有明显的加强,且大风减弱消失的时间有4至5小时的延迟。

【Abstract】 using MICAPS and regional automatic weather station observation data, the United States1 ° NCEP x 1 ° reanalysis data, yiyang TWP8-l troposphere wind profile radar data, as well as the northeast of jiangxi terrain data, on November 17 ~ 18, 2017 appear cold windy weather in jiangxi province were analyzed, and the results show that:(1) the cold windy weather for polar vortex type eccentric top circulation background, the cold air paths for east road, since Mongolia hetao areas affected southeast and south in jiangxi province;(2) in jiangxi province, the 24-hour variation pressure difference from south to north to the ground reaches over 9 hP a.(3) the characteristics of cold air on the wind profile are that the air at high altitude is relatively strong, and it gradually infiltrates down over time. There is a transition from westerly to easterly winds when the cold air passes near the ground. Due to the influence of eastern corridor topography, during the movement of cold air from east to west along narrow terrain, the wind speed increases continuously and forms the local low-rise gale area.(4) in the v-3 delegate diagram,there is a low temperature area in the middle of the troposphere, and a cold advection exists with the wind reversing the height. In the following 700 hP a, the mitsed troposphere line and xinhua* line significantly lowered the potential temperature and protruded to the left, significantly strengthening the cold air at the lower layer, and the greater the impact of the left bulge area below 400 hP a.(5) and anhui provinces border province can terrain the transition of the wind against the cold wind, jiangxi eastern corridor topography effect of partial shifted north to the north east, and as a result of funnelling, winds have obvious strengthening, the eastern corridor area and calmer winds disappear time have 4 to 5 hours delay.
