热连轧工作辊冷却喷嘴布置的优化设计

【摘要】 在热轧带钢生产中,冷却喷嘴的布置是影响工作辊温度分布的重要因素。为了改善工作辊温度分布,本文利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了工作辊二维非稳态温度场计算模型,对冷却喷嘴布置的优化进行了研究。研究发现:当F1~F7机架工作辊冷却水的水凸度分别为:33%、33%、33%、38.7%、38.7%、41.2%、41.2%时,工作辊的中部与边部的温差将降低7~8℃。采用两种方式对喷嘴布置进行了优化,一种方式是:每排的喷嘴间距是相同的,通过改变喷嘴流量大小,从轧辊中部向两侧按照喷嘴流量从大到小进行梯度布置。另一种方法是:每排喷嘴型号、流量等都相同,通过改变喷嘴间距,从轧辊中部向两侧按照喷嘴间距从小到大进行布置。

【Abstract】 The arranging form of cooling nozzles plays an important role in affecting temperature of work roll during hot strip rolling. The 2 D model for simulating the temperature field of work roll was established with ANSYS software. In order to improve the temperature distribution of work roll, the arranging form of nozzles was researched. It is found that when the water crowns of cooling water are 33% of F1~F3 stands, 38.7% of F4~F5 stands, and 41.2% of F6~F7 stands respectively, the temperature differences between middle and edge of work roll will reduce 7~8℃. Then two arranging forms of nozzles were proposed. One arranging form is changing water flow of nozzles that nozzle spacing is consistent. The other arranging form is changing nozzle spacing that water flow is consistent.
