【摘要】 本文研究了铜基块体金属玻璃的力学性能,并且对于热松弛的程度和不同的晶体体积分数进行了分析。对样品以恒定加热速率的差示扫描量热法、宏观压缩和断口性能进行测试。样品在加热到781 K,随着退火过程时间的增加导致了第一个峰值转移到较低的温度处,且峰的焓值降低。膨胀测量显示了结晶的两个阶段,且第一阶段的体积效应约为2.4%。宏观压缩测试表明,断裂强度和杨氏模量随着热处理(退火)时间的增加而提高。然而,当长时间退火处理时,材料会发生一定的脆化。退火后的非晶样品中发现了晶粒尺寸为1~5 nm的纳米晶。

【Abstract】 The effect of thermal relaxation degree and different crystalline volume fractions on the mechanical response of a Cu-based bulk metallic glass has been investigated.The different degree the thermal relaxation was characterized by constant rate heating differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and the mechanical tests including the macroscopic compression and fracture morphology analysis.When the sample heated to 781 K, the first peak shift to the lower temperature and the enthalpy value of the peak decrease.Dilatometry measurement showed that two stages of the crystallization, the volume effect of the first stage about 2.4%.Macroscopic compression tests showed that the fracture strength and Young’s modulus increase with increasing annealing time.However, embrittlement of the material was also found for the long term annealing.Moreover, the grian size of 1~5 nm nanocrystals were observed after annealing.
