热静压复合工艺条件对不锈钢/碳钢界面复合率的影响

【摘要】 在不锈钢/碳钢热静压复合过程中,恒温保温处理和压下形变都对界面复合率有显著的影响,且两者的影响作用存在相互耦合关系。为了研究该两个复合工艺环节在复合过程中的作用,利用GLEEBLE热模拟机进行热静压复合实验,采用超声波C扫描设备对试样进行复合率检测,以复合率表征复合界面的结合状态,采取相同的恒温保温处理时间和不同的恒温温度以及压下变形量与变形速率下,并分别进行先恒温保温处理后压下形变和先压下形变后恒温保温处理两种不同工艺组合,研究不同热静压复合工艺路线及工艺参数对不锈钢-碳钢复合行为及效果的影响。

【Abstract】 In the process of hot hydrostatic composite of stainless steel/carbon steel, both the constant temperature heat treatment and the compressive deformation have significant influence on the interface recombination rate, and the influence of them has a mutual coupling relationship.In order to study the role of the two composite processes in the composite process, GLEEBLE thermal simulator was used to perform compound test of hot hydrostatic pressure, the composite rate was detected by ultrasonic C scanning equipment,characterization of bonding state of composite interface by composite rate, the same constant temperature holding time and different constant temperature, as well as the deformation and deformation rate are adopted, two kinds of different process combinations, which are treated by constant temperature heat preservation, press and deform first, and then be treated with constant temperature and thermal insulation, are respectively carried out, the effects of different hot and hydrostatic composite processing routes and technological parameters on the composite behavior and effect of stainless steel and carbon steel were investigated.
