冷连轧机薄料轧制出现的泡泡浪板形缺陷问题研究

【摘要】 针对某冷轧厂1420UCM冷连轧机组在更换五机架工作辊后,轧制硬质薄规格镀锡板时出现的板形缺陷问题,通过观察该实物带钢浪形分布以及根据浪形产生的机理定义了一种新的浪形——交替不对称泡泡浪。研究了该类板形缺陷产生时伴随的条件与现象,分析了其产生的原因,并提出了具体的应对措施。部分措施上机应用后,取得了良好的使用效果,板形缺陷出现的概率由原来的14.8%下降至8.8%,为现场创造了较大的经济效益。
【Abstract】 After replacing the five stand work roll of UCM Cold Tandem Mill, flatness defect will happen when the hard and thin tinning plate is rolled. According to the distribution of the wave-hape and the induced mechanism, we define a new wave-shape——alternating asymmetrical bubble waves. We study the induced conditions of the wave-shape and analyze the causes of the defect and put forward corresponding measures. Some of the measures have been applied, which obtains good applicative effectiveness.The probability of plates defect occurs from 14.8% originally down to 8.8%, creating large economic benefits for the field.
