低屈强比控制技术的开发与应用

【摘要】 本文以低屈强比的控制技术为研究对象,通过数据统计发现以AR、CR及N状态交货的钢板其屈强比较低,其次为TMCP态钢板,QT态钢板的屈强比最高,并选择上述有代表性钢板的组织及应力应变曲线进行分析。后对以控轧-弛豫-控冷工艺生产TMCP交货状态的钢板其屈强比控制原理进行分析,并将上述工艺在Q420q E成功的应用,得到了较低屈强比和良好的综合力学性能。

【Abstract】 Low Y/T ratio control technology was studied through data statistics and theoretical analysis. The results show that the steel with AR, CR and N delivery status has the lowest Y/T ratio, followed by TMCP status, and QT steel has the highest Y/T ratio. Then stress-strain curves and microstructure of the typical steel were chosen to analyze the law of its Y/T ratio. After that, the controlled rolling-relaxation-controlled cooling process were accepted to control Y/T ratio, good practice of Q420 q E dictates controlled rolling-relaxation-controlled cooling process can decrease Y/T ratio and ensure good comprehensive mechanics performance.
