添加稀土处理钢的炼钢生产工艺研究

【摘要】 在LD-LF-VD-CC和LD-LF-RH-CC生产工艺流程,采用纯稀土合金投入法进行稀土钢的炼钢生产技术研究。研究结果表明:采用投入纯稀土合金方法,能够生产低氧高洁净度的稀土重轨钢、稀土Q345E、稀土BT700。与LD-LF-VD-CC生产流程比,LD-LF-RH-CC生产流程更易获得较高稀土含量的稀土钢;与常规钢相比,稀土重轨钢中的夹杂物分布具有如下特点,<5?m的小尺寸夹杂略多,而>10?m的大尺寸夹杂将变少,有助于提升材料性能。风电板中加入稀土所有厚度规格产品的夹杂物总数量均减少。

【Abstract】 In the production process of LD-LF-VD-CC and LD-LF-RH-CC, the steelmaking process of RE(rare earth) steel was studied by pure RE alloy putting in method. The results show that RE heavy rail steel with low oxygen content and high clean can be produced by using pure RE alloy, similarly, RE Q345 E and RE BT700.Compared with the LD-LF-VD-CC production process, the LD-LF-RH-CC production process is more likely to obtain the more RE content of RE steel.Compared with the conventional steel, the inclusion distribution in RE railsteel has the following characteristics: less than 5 micron, small size inclusions, slightly larger inclusions than 10 micron will be helpful to improve material properties.The total number of inclusions of all the thickness specifications of the products in the wind plate has been reduced.
