含铜铬铁水喷吹CO2脱碳的探索研究

【摘要】 为了使铜渣得到最大价值化的利用,铜渣彻底还原冶炼含铜抗菌不锈钢的新工艺被提出。本文在还原得到的含铜铁水中加入铬铁后,进行了CO2脱碳的工艺研究,对CO2与铁水中主要元素的反应进行热力学计算,并从反应温度、通气时间、CO2流量及CO2分压四个因素来考察所得金属中铜铬碳的含量变化规律。结果表明,反应温度1650℃,反应时间60min,CO2流量590mL/min,Ar占比20%时,得到的金属成分最为符合马氏体含铜抗菌不锈钢的要求。
【Abstract】 In order to make copper slag with maximum value, a new technology that copper slag reduced to smelt copper-containing antimicrobial stainless steel is proposed. In this paper, CO2 decarburization was studied after ferrochromium being added in copper-containing molten iron reduced from copper slag. Thermodynamic of the reactions between CO2 and the main elements in molten iron were calculated. Four factors that reaction temperature, ventilation time, CO2 flow rate and CO2 partial pressure were studied to investigate changing law of Cu, C and Cr in iron. The results show that reaction temperature 1650℃, reaction time 60 min, CO2 flow rate 590 mL/min and Ar proportion 20%, composition of metal after decarburization are suitable conditions for martensite copper-containing antimicrobial stainless steel.
