超级铁精矿制备试验研究
Experimental Study of the Preparation of Super Iron Concentrate

【摘要】 本研究以辽宁某地出产的普通磁铁精矿为原料进行了超级铁精矿制备试验研究。实验室试验流程为预选抛尾-阶段磨矿-阶段磁选-反浮选,可获得TFe品位71.88%、回收率为64.01%、酸不溶物0.19%的超纯铁精矿。在实验室研究的基础上进行了扩大连续试验,获得了TFe品位为72.19%、回收率为25.57%的超纯铁精矿和TFe品位为71.82%、回收率为68.65%的高纯铁精矿,二者总回收率达94.22%。为我国发展高端钢材解决了优质原料来源问题。
【Abstract】 Experiments were carried out to investigate the production of super iron concentrate using a common magnetite iron concentrate as the raw material which was produced in Jianping, Liaoning province, China. The optimal laboratory experimental flowsheet was preconcentration-stage grinding-stage magnetic separation-reverse flotation, and a super iron concentrate containing 71.88% TFe, 0.19% acid insoluble matters was obtained at the recovery 64.01%. Continuous tests were performed based on the results of the laboratory experiments, a super pure iron concentrate with a grade 72.19%, a recovery 25.57% and a high pure iron concentrate with a grade 71.82%, a recovery 68.65% were obtained, the total recovery of these two products was 94.22%. The high-quality raw materials could be used to produce High quality steel.
