高铬型钒钛磁铁矿资源综合利用关键技术——高炉冶炼

【摘要】 高铬型钒钛磁铁矿矿物组成复杂,综合利用难度极大,之前国内外无工业化生产实践。本文分别从高铬型钒钛磁铁矿球团矿制备与性能、烧结矿制备与性能以及高炉炉料结构与操作等方面对高铬型钒钛磁铁矿资源综合利用关键技术进行了研究,实现了从实验室研究到工业化试验与应用的跨越,为高铬型钒钛磁铁矿的大规模利用起到了指导和借鉴作用。
【Abstract】 High-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite has complex mineral compositions and fairly difficult comprehensive utilization technologies, and the industrial production had been elusive before this study. Pellet preparation and properties, sinter preparation and properties, blast furnace burden structure and operation, etc, were investigated for the key technology of resource comprehensive utilization for high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite in this paper. The technological leapfrogging from laboratory investigations to industrial tests and applications was realized, providing the guidance and reference for the utilization of high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite on a large scale.
