引入CO2转炉吹氧法冶炼中低碳锰铁的初步探索

【摘要】 探索了一种转炉吹氧冶炼中、低碳锰铁的改进方法,提出使用CO2代替部分O2进行吹炼。对该工艺的可行性进行了热力学计算分析,并采用感应炉进行了初步试验研究,结果表明:将CO2引入转炉吹氧法冶炼中、低碳锰铁在热力学上是可行的;CO2-O2混合气体能够完成对高碳锰铁脱碳的任务,脱碳速率随混合气体中O2比例的增加而提高;CO2的加入对脱碳保锰有积极效果,当前试验条件下较佳的气体配比为25%CO2+75%O2

【Abstract】 An improved method for producing Medium and Low Carbon Ferromanganese(M-LCFeMn) with converter by blowing O2 has been discussed in this paper,viz.introducing CO2 to replace part of O2 as reacting gas.Thermodynamic calculation was carried out to analyze the feasibility of the new process and the experiments were carried out in an induction furnace as well.The results show that it is feasible to produce M-LCFeMn in converter with introduction of CO2 from thermodynamic point of view.CO2-O2 mixture can fulfill the task of decarburization and the rate of decarburization improves with the increase of the percentage of O2 in the gas mixture.CO2 shows a positive effect on manganese retention while decarburizing.The optimized CO2 ratio in the current experiments is 25%CO2+75%O2.
