三苯胺基吡啶衍生物Cu2+荧光探针的制备与性质研究

【摘要】 本文以三苯胺为电子给体,苯乙烯基为π桥延长共轭体系,利用仲胺或醚键连接吡啶环构建穴状结构作为识别基团,合成了一个三苯胺基吡啶衍生物。研究结果表明,该化合物在四氢呋喃与水的混合溶液中对Cu2+具有高灵敏、高选择性的"on-off"识别行为,且可用于细胞内游离Cu2+的可视化检测。

【Abstract】 A triphenylpyridine derivative was synthesized by triphenylamine as an electron donor, the styrene-based bridge to extend the conjugated system and the cave structure with pyridine ring connected with secondary amine or ether bond as a recognition group. The results showed that the compound had the highly sensitive and highly selective "on-off" recognition behavior for Cu2+ in a mixed solution of tetrahydrofuran and water, which can detect intramolecular free Cu2+.
