【摘要】 <正>The vibrational energy transfer of proteins at cell membrane plays essential roles in controlling the functionalities of proteins,but its detection is severely restricted by limited experimental tools at hand.We have developed here a surface-sensitive femtosecond pump-probe scheme that employs an infrared pump followed by a sum frequency generation vibrational spectroscopy probe to detect the ultrafast vibrational energy relaxation in proteins at the cell更多还原
