PLGA/PDA/Au复合纳米诊疗剂的制备及其抗肿瘤性能研究

【摘要】 聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)是一种可降解的功能高分子有机化合物,具有良好的生物相容性、良好的成囊和成膜的性能,已通过FDA认证,被广泛应用于制药、医用工程材料等领域。本实验采用原位还原技术,成功制备PLGA@PDA@Au纳米诊疗剂。实验结果表明,在808nm红外光照射下,PDA和Au良好的光热转换性能,可显著升高体系温度,到达光热治疗目的。同时,负载DOX的纳米诊疗剂,可实现肿瘤的光热和化疗协同治疗,表现出良好地治疗效果。
【Abstract】 Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) is one of the most widely used biodegradable polymers as it is able to form stable nanoparticles with a minimal systemic toxicity for drug delivery or biomaterial applications.In this paper,Au@PDA@PLGA nanoparticles were obtained using insitu reduction method as novel theranostic agents for photothermal ablation of cancer cells.The results showed that a remarkable synergistic effect in destroying tumor was achieved in mouse model experiments when DOX was loaded in the theranostic agents.
