基于α-环糊精和偶氮苯主客体相互作用的双响应水凝胶

【摘要】 本文利用环糊精对疏水基团的包结策略,研究了α-环糊精(α-CD)和尾端含有二甲氨基偶氮苯的阴离子表面活性剂(DAH)在水溶液中的聚集行为。并通过~1H NMR、流变、原子力和扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射等测试手段,对包结物在水溶液中形成的聚集体形貌及内部结构进行了表征。研究发现,DAH与2倍分子数的α-CD通过主客体相互作用自发形成1:2摩尔比的包结物,并进一步通过α-CD之间的氢键相互作用形成了层状纳米结构水凝胶(如Fig.1所示)。所形成的水凝胶具有对温度和可见光的双响应性。更值得一提的是,二甲氨基红移了偶氮苯异构化所需光照波长,导致凝胶对可见光而非传统的紫外光具有响应性。本文不仅丰富了多重响应性水凝胶体系,而且扩展了水凝胶的应用范围。

【Abstract】 A novel anionic surfactant containing a dimethylamino-substituted azobenzene at tail,6-(4-dimethylaminoazobenzene-4’-oxy) hexanoate sodium(DAH),has been synthesized.Its hierarchical self-assembling behaviors with α-cyclodextrin(α-CD) in aqueous solution were investigated with the help of 1 H NMR,rheology,atomic force or scanning electron microscopy methods and X-ray diffraction measurement.Such a novel surfactant could spontaneously form the inclusion complex with two α-CDs(DAH@2α-CD) through host-guest interactions,which resulted in the formation of supramolecular hydrogel with lamellar nanostructures when the concentration of DAH@2α-CD was greater than 25 mM.The hydrogen bonds between α-CDs mainly dominated the formation of hydrogel.A reversible gel-sol phase transition in response to both temperature and photo-irradiation was observed.It is noted that thesubstituted dimethylamino group made the responsive wavelength for the isomerization of azobenzene group red-shifted.By irradiation at visible light wavelength rather than at the traditional ultraviolet light,such a transition could be realized.The obtained reversible dual-responsive hierarchical hydrogel may endow the hydrogel with wide applications without using UV light.
