微阵列化气液界面单分子层荧光薄膜的构建及其气相传感应用

【摘要】 物理旋涂,多孔基质包载和化学单层组装是荧光薄膜传感材料创制的主要途径,但业已报道的传感薄膜存在着气体分子通透性较差、光照下气固界面上荧光物种易降解等问题而限制了其实际应用。因此,发展新的荧光薄膜材料创制策略有着重要的学术和实践意义。本工作利用两亲性BODIPY衍生物的表面富集特性实现了其在微阵列化的离子液体气液界面上的有序组装,制备了分子层次上高度有序,微米尺度上规则排布的新型荧光传感材料。不同于传统的固态传感材料,组装在气液界面上的荧光传感薄膜不仅表现出了优良的光化学稳定性,而且可实现对甲醛、苯胺以及硝基芳烃等气体的高选择性、高灵敏检测。

【Abstract】 Spin-coating of fluorescent polymers, physical entrapment of fluorescent probe in a porous matrix and chemical monolayer assembly of fluorophore on a substrate are the most common approaches for fabricating fluorescent sensing films. Up to now, various fluorescent films with excellent sensing performance have been prepared by using these methods. Their applications, however, met a tough challenge for their inherent limitations such as poor diffusion of the analyte molecules within films, photodecomposition of the fluorophores on gas-solid interface etc. In this work, several amphiphilic BODIBY derivatives(OBN) were designed and synthesized. The fluorescent monolayer films supported by ionic liquid microarrays were fabricated through the interfacial self-assembly of these amphiphiles. It was found that the monolayer films self-assembled on gas-liquid interface exhibit excellent photochemical stability and highly efficient sensing performance to HCHO, aniline and nitroaromatics vapor etc.
