含1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉结构的吡唑-5-甲酰胺类化合物的合成及杀菌活性

【摘要】 [目的]本文在前期工作基础上,进行深入研究,合成了一系列含1,2,3,4-四氢喹啉结构的吡唑-5-甲酰胺类化合物,以期发现具有高杀菌活性的先导化合物。[方法]以取代酮为起始原料,经5步反应进行目标物的合成,并进行了初步杀菌活性评价。[结果]合成了10个目标化合物,结构均经~1HNMR和IR分析确证。[结论]生测结果表明,目标化合物具有一定的离体杀菌活性,其中化合物7h和7j效果较好,具有作为先导进一步研究的价值。
【Abstract】 [Aims]To find new lead compound with high biological activity,a series of pyrazole-5-carboxamide derivatives containing 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline were synthesized based on our previous studies.[Methods]The target compounds were synthesized from substituted ketone in 5 steps and their fungicidal effects were preliminarily evaluated.[Results]10 title compounds were obtained and their structures were confirmed by ~1H NMR spectra and IR spectrum.[Conclusions]The in vitro bioassay results indicated that synthesized target compounds exhibit certain fungicidal activities.Compound 7h and 7j,exhibited satisfied fungicidal activities at a concentration of 50 μg/mL,could be valuable for further study.
