SAFIRE算法对冠脉钙化积分的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨SAFIRE算法对钙化积分的影响。方法对36例患者的钙化积分图像分别进行FBP、SAFIRE3、SAFIRE5重建,比较三组重建方法对主动脉平均CT值、SD、SNR、钙化斑块平均CT值和钙化积分的差异。结果 FBP、SAFIRE3、SAFIRE5三组重建方法主动脉平均CT值分别为(45.09±4.66)HU、(45.05±4.16)HU、(45.06±4.28)HU,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);SD分别为(18.82±2.69)HU、(13.29±1.99)HU、(9.52±1.67)HU,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SN R分别为(4.44±0.45)、(5.47±0.69)、(6.84±0.83),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);钙化斑块平均CT值分别为(425.49±150.07)HU、(447.51±175.37)HU、(432.45±183.58)HU,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三种重建平均钙化数量分别为(8.86±9.57)、(8.28±8.87)、(7.89±8.84),平均体积分别为(330.55±615.87)mm3、(361.69±642.51)mm3、(317.87±577.44)mm3,平均质量分别为(88.31±164.55)mg、(85.20±159.20)mg、(76.48±146.09)mg,Agatston钙化积分分别为(480.18±881.50)、(435.54±796.14)、(356.57±707.55),差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05),且均以FBP组最大,SAFIRE5组最小。结论 SAFIRE算法能降低钙化积分图像的SD、提高SN R,增大钙化斑块的平均CT值,不影响主动脉CT值,低估CACS。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of sinogram-affirmed iterative reconstruction(SAFIRE) algorithms on coronary calcium scoring(CACS).Methods Images of 36 consecutive patients were reconstructed with FBP,SAFIRE3,and SAFIRE5 respectively.The CT value of aorta,standard deviation(SD) and signal noise ratio(SNR),mean CT value of calcified plaque,and CACS was compared among three reconstructions.Results The CT average value of aorta was(45.09±4.66)HU,(45.05±4.16) HU,(45.06±4.28) HU for FBP,SAFIRE3,SAFIRE5 groups,and there were no significant differences among the three groups(P> 0.05).The SD average values were(4.44±0.45)HU,(5.47±0.69) HU,(6.84±0.83) HU,respectively,and there were significant differences across the three groups(P<0.05).The SNR average values were(4.44±0.45),(5.47±0.69),(6.84±0.83) for three groups,and there were among the three groups(P<0.05).The CT Mean values of calcified plaque were(8.86±9.57),(8.28±8.87),and(7.89±8.84)HU respectively,which were significantly different among the three groups(P < 0.05).Using three reconstruction methods,calcium number was(8.86±9.57),(8.28±8.87),(7.89±8.84);average volume was(330.55±615.87)mm3,(361.69±642.51)mm3,(317.87±577.44)mm3,average mass was(88.31±164.55) mg,(85.20±159.20) mg,(76.48±146.09) mg;Agatston scoring was(480.18±881.50),(435.54±796.14),(356.57±707.55);there were also significant differences across the three groups(P<0.05).All of FBP groups had the highest values,and SAFIRE5 groups had the lowest values.Conclusion SAFIRE algorithms can reduce the CACS image SD,improve SNR,increase the mean CT values of calcified plaque,does not affect the aorta CT values,and may underestimate CACS.
