反相乳液聚合合成亲水性氮卤胺抗菌剂

【摘要】 N卤胺抗菌剂以其高效、可再生的抗菌性能收到广泛关注。但是,之前人们研究的对象多数为疏水性质的聚合物,对亲水性的聚合物研究甚少。本篇文章中通过ADMH与MAA聚合合成了亲水性的聚合物P(MAA-ADMH)-Cl。由于其固有的亲水性,相比于其他疏水性的氮卤胺,该聚合物与水的亲和性更好,更利于氧化态氯的释放,所以获得了良好的抗菌效果。通过FT-IR、SEM和XPS对聚合物进行表征,并通过大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌对聚合物进行抗菌实验,发现了他们在抗菌性能上的优异表现。

【Abstract】 N-halamine antibacterial agent has received extensive attention due to its high efficiency and reproducible antibacterial properties. However, most of the previous studies focused on hydrophobic polymers, and little attention was paid to hydrophilic polymers. In this article, hydrophilic polymer P(MAA-ADMH)-Cl was synthesized by monomers of ADMH and MAA. Because of its inherent hydrophilicity, compared with other hydrophobic N-halamines, the polymer has better affinity with water and is more conducive to the release of oxidized chlorine, thus better antibacterial effect has been obtained. The polymer was characterized by FT-IR, SEM and XPS, and the antibacterial experiments were carried out through Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, and its excellent performance in antibacterial properties was found.
