【摘要】 重型钢结构厂房通常含有吨位较大的吊车,目前尚未针对性规范可依。某中心库房并排最大吊车吨位为320t,属于重型钢结构厂房,主刚架采用格构柱+等截面钢梁,并采用轻型板材围护体系。利用PKPM软件对其进行单榀结构设计,并通过3D3S软件进行校核,同时根据其建筑特点及工艺要求布置水平和竖向支撑体系,形成封闭体系以保证其纵向稳定,进而实现整体结构的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heavy steel structure workshop usually contain a large tonnage crane,which has no specification can be based on.Central warehouse of Priorities in Qinghai,Xining,has the largest crane tonnage of 320 tons,which belongs to heavy steel structure workshop.The main frame uses lattice column + same cross section beam,and uses a lightweight plank retaining system.The single cross structure is designed by PKPM,and through the 3D3D software to check,at the same time,according to its architectural characteristics and process requirement,level and vertical support system are made to form a closed system,which ensure the longitudinal stability and implements the safety of the whole structure.更多还原
