高铬钒渣两步选择性焙烧-浸出分离提取钒铬

【摘要】 本文通过一次钙化焙烧-酸浸提钒,二次钠化焙烧-水浸提铬,将高铬钒渣中的钒与铬分别高效地提取出来,通过单因素实验对该过程中钒、铬的焙烧浸出规律进行了系统的研究,并通过XRD分析对此过程中的物相变化进行表征,从而得到两步选择性焙烧-浸出过程的反应机制。实验表明:在一次钙化焙烧过程中,以n(CaO)/n(V2O5)为0.5-1.25的配钙比将CaO加入高铬钒渣,并从室温加热到950 ℃并恒温1h,钒的浸出率可达到90%以上,而铬浸出率低于1%;在二次钠化焙烧过程中,以n(Na2CO3)/n(Cr2O3)为5的配钠比将Na2CO3加入一次浸出渣,并从室温加热到950 ℃并恒温1h,铬的浸出率可达到95%以上,至此,钒与铬的总浸出率均达到95%,实现了钒与铬的高效提取。同时,物相变化表明,钒在一次钙化焙烧后生成酸溶性的钒酸钙,而铬以不可溶的(Fe0.6,Cr0.4)2O3形式;二次钠化焙烧后,(Fe0.6,Cr0.4)2O3与Na2CO3结合形成水溶性的Na2CrO4,进而被浸出,从而提供了一种钒铬分离的方法。

【Abstract】 In this work, a novel method based on selective two-stage roasting-leaching was proposed to separate and extract vanadium and chromium efficiently in high chromium vanadium slag, and XRD was utilized to analyze the phase evolutions during the whole process. Calcification roasting was carried out in the first roasting stage to transfer vanadium into acid-soluble vanadate and leave chromium in the leaching residue as(Fe0.6, Cr0.4)2O3 after H2SO4 leaching. Around 90% vanadium and less than 1% chromium were extracted in the first leaching liquid at n(CaO)/n(V2O5) of 0.5-1.25 In the second roasting stage, sodium salt was added to the first leaching residue to extract chromium, and above 95% chromium was extracted in second leaching liquid at the optimal conditions. The total vanadium and chromium leaching rates were above 95%, achieving the efficient separation and extraction of vanadium and chromium.
