上海市高水压深层排水盾构隧道管片接缝防水密封垫形式试验研究

【摘要】 对于普通盾构隧道,一般要求其在张开6mm,错动8mm的情况下仍能满足接缝防水性能要求。以采用双道耐高水压密封垫的上海市深层排水盾构隧道工程为依托,要求接缝在张开8mm,错动10mm的情况下仍能满足1.2MPa高水压长期防水性能设计要求。对不同断面密封垫进行了防水性能以及装配力数值模拟,通过对比分析、不断优化,得到防水和力学性能较优的密封垫断面形式,通过试验研究对数值模拟结果进行了验证。试验结果表明,推荐断面形式密封垫在硬度为67度时,不仅在精确装配下可以满足1.2MPa的长期防水能力要求,也在考虑了一定接缝张开量和错动量的情况下仍具有抵抗1.2MPa高水压的防水能力。为今后高水压盾构隧道管片接缝防水弹性密封垫的设计与研究提供了参考与建议。
【Abstract】 For ordinary shield tunnels,it is required that the demand for joint’s waterproof performance can still be met in the case of the worst working condition,where the opening quantity of joint is 6 mm and the dislocation quantity is 8 mm.This paper is based on Shanghai deep drainage shield tunnel,where double EPDM rubber gaskets are to be used as segment joint waterproofing material.It is required that the demand for long-term waterproof performance(1.2 MPa) can still be met under the circumstance where the opening quantity of joint is 8 mm and the dislocation quantity is 10 mm.After numerical simulation research on waterproof performance and assembly force of gaskets with different cross section forms,the gasket with the best waterproof and mechanical performance was obtained by means of comparison and optimization,and was testified by experimental research.The test results show that at 67 degrees of the Shore Hardness,the gasket with the recommended section form can resist the high water pressure of 1.2 MPa not only under the circumstance of accurate assembly,but also in the case of certain joint opening quantity and dislocation quantity.The paper provides reference and suggestion for design and research of waterproof elastic gasket for shield tunnel segment joint under high water pressure in the future.
