贵州山区台湾泥鳅人工繁殖技术研究
The artificial breeding technology research of Taiwan loach(Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) in Guizhou mountainous area

【摘要】 为贵州山区规模化生产台湾泥鳅苗种提供科学依据,采用人工催产技术对规格为17~19尾/kg和12~14尾/kg的台湾泥鳅雌亲鳅505.5kg进行人工繁殖。通过两年的研究,结果表明:2015年繁育台湾泥鳅仔苗4批共840万尾,平均受精率70.25%,孵化率73%,鳅苗成活率57%;2016年繁育仔苗5批共1640万尾,平均受精率93.40%,孵化率96.8%,鳅苗成活率70%;两年共繁育泥鳅仔苗2480万尾,实现鳅苗销售产值达224万元,利润89.6万元,实践证明,贵州山区自然条件能够进行规模化台湾泥鳅人工繁殖,并且取得良好的经济效益。
【Abstract】 To provided the scientific basis for the scale production of Taiwan loach seeding in Guizhou mountainous area, the technique of artificial oxytocin was used on Taiwan loach of 505.5 kg(1kg for 17~19 fish or 12~14 fish) artificial breeding. Through two years of study, the results showed that: in 2015, the fry breeding of 8.4 million(4 batches), the average fertility rate of 70.25%, the hatching rate of 73%,the average survival rate of 57%;in 2016, the fry breeding of 16.4 million(5 batches), the average fertility rate of 93.4%, the hatching rate of 96.8%,the average survival rate of 70%. The total fry breeding was 24.8 million in 2 years. The sales value was 2.24 million yuan,and profit was 0.896 million yuan,achieving good economic benefit.
