维生素E和裂壶藻对斑节对虾精荚再生的协同作用

【摘要】 文章为探究维生素E(vitamin E,VE)和裂壶藻(Schizochytrium sp.,Sch)对斑节对虾雄虾精荚再生的作用。以基础饲料配制了4种不同配合饲料(0添加组;E200组;1%Sch组;E200+1%Sch组),饲喂被挤压排出精荚的成熟雄性斑节对虾40天,评估斑节对虾雄虾精荚再生后的精子数量和质量。结果表明:添加量为200 mg·kg-1维生素E饲料组的活精子数百分比显著高于对照组(P<0.05);单一添加1%裂壶藻饲料组的活精子数与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05);共同添加200mg·kg-1维生素E和1%裂壶藻的饲料组的精子总数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综合精荚质量、精子数量及活精子数百分比三个指标得出饲料中共同添加1%裂壶藻与200 mg·kg-1维生素对斑节对虾雄虾精荚的再生和提高精子数量具有协同促进作用。实验结果为斑节对虾繁育生产中雄虾的多次利用提供了科学依据。
【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of vitamin E and Schizochytrwm sp. on the spermatophore regeneration of Penaeus monodon. In this study, we treated four different contents of vitamin E and Schizochytrwm sp. in the basal diet(Control group; VE200; 1% Schizochytrium sp.; VE200+1%Schizochytrium sp.), to feed mature male Penaeus monodon which were extruded spermatophore for 40 days. The results show: The percentage of viable spermatozoa added in 200 mg·kg-1 vitamin E diet group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). The sperm quantity of single added in 1% Schizochytrwm sp. diet group was no significantly difference with control group(P >0.05).(4)The total number of spermatozoa fed with 200 mg·kg-1 of vitamin E and 1% Schizochytrwm sp. of the group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). Comprehensive spermatophore quality, sperm quantity and Living sperm percentage of three indicators, that adding 200 mg·kg-1 of vitamin E in feed could effectively promote the spermatophore regenerationinthe male prawn of Penaeus monodon and improve the sperm quantity. The experimental results provide a scientific basis for the multiple use of the shrimp in the breeding of Penaeus monodon.
