长江口鮻矢耳石形态特征及其重量与年龄的关系

【摘要】 2017年2月至6月从长江口水域采集鮻(Liza haematocheila)358尾,解剖并提取左右耳石324对。以矢耳石长、宽、重、面积、周长、矩形趋近率和密度等指标为基本形态学参数,研究了鮻矢耳石形态特征及其与体长和年龄之间的关系。结果显示,鮻矢耳石长、宽、重与体长均呈显著相关,耳石宽比长生长稳定,耳石宽与重量函数关系式的决定系数最高。耳石重量与体长最佳拟合方程为幂函数:OWe=0.0009BL1.8737(R2=0.9674);耳石重量及体长与年龄最佳拟合方程均为多项式:OWe=2.9262A2+4.8437A+2.1894(R2=0.8465);BL=-3.2248A2+102.54A+38.373(R2=0.8584),矢耳石重量与年龄呈显著线性相关(P<0.05),用耳石重量与年龄关系估算的年龄与从耳石上直接读取的年龄无显著差异(P>0.05),矢耳石重量可以作为鮻年龄鉴定的有效辅助手段。

【Abstract】 A total number of 358 samples of Liza haematocheila were collected from the Yangtze Estuary from February to June,2017.And 324 pairs of sagittal otolith were extracted and dissected effectively.Length,width,weight,perimeter,area,rectangularity and density of otolith collected were analyzed,and these intact organisms were used to study the correlation between sagittal otolith weight and age.Sagittal otolith measurements(OL,OWi and OWe)were significantly related to the standard BL,and the power function was best used to describe the relationship between OWi and OWe(R2=0.928),indicating the OWi is suggested to be considered as the representative character for understanding of the relationships of otolith morphological characters with otolith OWe and BL.The relationship between BL and OWe can be described by exponential regression:OWe=0.0009BL1.8737,(R2=0.9674);while the relationships between OWe and A,BL and A were fit to parameters by multinomial regression:OWe=2.9262A2+4.8437A+2.1894,(R2=0.8465);BL=-3.2248A2+102.54A+38.373,(R2=0.8584).A linear relationship exists between the OWe and A(P<0.05).It was demonstrated that the"estimated"ages from regression between otolith-weight and ages had no significant differences with the"true"ages from annulus counts on otolith(P<0.05).Thus,the OWe method is a better technique than the fish length frequency method for estimation of fish ages and can be used to assist in estimation of the Liza haematocheila.
