增氧方式对盐碱养殖池塘pH的影响

【摘要】 以盐碱池塘水体为研究对象,监测复合增氧和常规叶轮增氧方式下高温、晴天、阴天和雨天时溶解氧24小时变化,以及水体pH值和叶绿素a含量,以探讨两种方式对盐碱水养殖池塘pH的影响。结果显示,复合增氧池塘DO在开机时间段内显著高于普通增氧池塘(P<0.05),且升高速度较快,其中高温天气10:00时试验塘和对照塘表、底层△DO分别达到最大值,为3.01mg/L和1.81mg/L,其他天气的差值小于该差值。水体CO2浓度与pH间存在明显的负相关关系,雨天时CO2浓度变化最大。池塘水体pH均呈现出下降趋势,且复合增氧池塘pH下降较明显,第45天后显著低于普通增氧池塘(P<0.05)。复合增氧池塘水体叶绿素a浓度显著高于普通增氧池塘(P<0.05),其中第15天时达到最大值,分别为286.2ug/L、247ug/L。通过对两种增氧方式增氧效果和pH影响效果比较,发现复合增氧方式能够有效地提高盐碱水池塘水体DO水平、降低pH,为池塘水体pH调控提供参考。

【Abstract】 the saline water as the research object, monitoring dissolved oxygen changes during 24 hours a day under heat, sunny, cloudy and rainy, and water pH and the content of chlorophyll a in compound mode and normal oxygen pond, and to discuss the effect of DO and p H under two ways. Results showed that the four kinds of weather conditions, the compound aerobic pond’s DO at boot is significantly higher than ordinary aerobic pond’s(P<0.05), and increases faster than ordinary aerobic pond, high temperature weather at 10:00 test two ponds surface and underlying △DO reach maximum respectively, 3.01 mg/L and 1.81 mg/L, the other difference is less than the high temperature weather. Compound aerobic and normal aerobic pond water pH all present a downward trend, was significantly lower than normal aerobic pond water pH after 45 days(P<0.05). Compound aerobic pond’s chlorophyll a concentration is significantly higher than normal aerobic pond’s(P < 0.05), of which 15 days to reach the maximum respectively, 286.2 ug/L and 247 ug/L. Through the comparison of the effect of DO and pH under the two ways, found that the compound aerobic method can better improve the saline water aquaculture pond’s DO, download the water pH, and this study can provide the reference for pond pH control.
