湿法脱硫中脱白的系统设计及应用

【摘要】 论述了在湿法脱硫中烟羽的形成原因,湿法脱硫中的脱白,不仅仅是冷凝和升温,而且要高效地去除烟气中的超细颗粒物。采取除尘除雾脱白一体化技术进行降温降湿和去除细微颗粒物,再进行升温降低水蒸气的饱和度,这样既可做到颗粒物的超低排放,也能实现减轻烟羽的形成,达到了脱白的目的。运用此技术对史丹利公司复合肥的湿法脱硫进行了改造,实践证明,脱白效果良好。

【Abstract】 This paper was to introduce the causes of white-fume in wet flue gas desulfurization,and the white-fume elimination was not only to condense and heat,but also to remove the ultrafine particles from flue gas efficiently. The solution using integration technology of dedusting and defogging and white-fume elimination was designed. Firstly cool the gas temperature for condensation to reduce moisture and reduce the particulate matter. Then reheat the gas temperature to reduce the vapor saturation. In this way,the ultra-low emission of particulates could be achieved,and the formation of white-fume could be alleviated and eliminated. The wet flue gas desulfurization system was transformed in Stanley compound fertilizer production.Practice had proved that the white-fume elimination effect was good.
