输电线路钻越塔设计计算及型式选择

【摘要】 超高压输电线路在我国西北地区的应用最为广泛,但这些地区新建线路往往需要钻越已建成的线路,超高压钻越塔的设计计算及型式选择就显得尤为重要。本文通过铁塔专业设计软件对四种常用型式的铁塔进行设计,分两种情况——钻越塔呼高一致和被钻越线路高度一致,从杆塔重量、基础工程量、占地面积等方面对这四种塔进行经济性比较,并对不同塔型进行了非线性有限元仿真分析,最后综合考虑确定门字型塔为超高压输电线路钻越塔优选塔型。

【Abstract】 UHV Transmission Lines are most widely used in Northwest China.But in order to build new lines in these areas,it is often necessary to drill over the lines that have already been built.So the design calculation and type selection of tower undercrossing UHV transmission line are particularly important.In this paper,four types of iron tower are designed by the professional design software of iron tower.Two kinds of cases-the same height of drilling tower and the height of drilled line are considered,and the economy of the four towers is compared including the weight of pole tower,the quantity of foundation engineering and the occupation area and corridor width.Then the nonlinear finite element simulation analysis of different tower types is carried out.Finally,the door-type tower is considered to be the optimal tower type for UHV transmission line drilling tower.
