【摘要】 为了改善工人的劳动条件,提高企业劳动生产率,运用人-机-环境系统工程原理,分析了常州耀春格瑞纺织品有限公司毛毯缝制工序中存在的问题,包括身体因素、场地因素和环境因素等;针对毛毯企业和毛毯生产工艺的特点,提出了基于人-机-环境系统工程的改进方法;经过对工作场地、使用设备、工作环境等方面的改进和优化,使人机环境系统处于最佳状态,减轻了劳动强度、提高了工作效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to improve labor conditions and enhance the enterprise labor productivity,the principle of man-machine-environment system engineering is used to analyze the problems of the sewing procedures,which occurred in sewing workroom of Changzhou Golden Spring Textile Co.ltd.These problems are analyzed from different aspects such as physical factors,site factors and environmental factors.Then,we put forward the methods based on ergonomics to improve the sewing procedures.The man-machine system can be in an optimal state by means of the improvement and optimization of the working site,working facilities and working environment.It has been found that the efficiency is greatly raised,and the intensity of labor is decreased.更多还原
