【摘要】 目的通过两项心理能力测验的比较分析心理测量指标的选取的重要性。方法:自编两图形辨别测验,实验一以传统心理物理学为理论基础,实验二以信号检测论为理论基础。80名雷达操作员完成图形辨别实验一,80名雷达操作学员和172名雷达操作员完成图形辨别实验二,分析比较两个实验中各个指标的心理测量学特征,确定最终的心理测学指标。结果实验二中辨别力d’指标区分度(差异系数)为65,信度系数(r=0.827,p<0.001)、效标关联效度系数(r=0.214-0.273,P<0.05)有统计学意义。结论图形辨别测验中辨别力指标是理想的心理测量指标,心理能力测验中以心理测量学理论来筛选心理测量的指标是非常重要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To emphasize importance of selecting psychometric index through comparative analysis of two mental ability test.Methods Two test program named Figure Discrimination were used in our study.80 radar operators completed one of them based on traditional psychophysics theory in experiment 1 while 80 student operators and 172 radar operators completed the other based on signal detection theory in experiment 2.Psychometric index was identified by comparative analysis of all the results from two experiments.Results Coefficient of variation of d’ in experiment 2 is 65 which mean acceptable differential validity.Reliability coefficient(r=0.827,p<0.001)and criterion related validity(r=0.214-0.273,P<0.05)are statistical significant.Conclusion d’ in experiment 2 is an ideal psychometric index in figure discrimination test.Screening of index based on psychometric theory is important in mental ability test.更多还原
