膜制氮技术在快堆雾状钠火防护中的应用

【摘要】 主要的雾状钠火防护措施包括惰性气氛工艺间,双层壁管道和工艺间氮气淹没系统,都需要使用氮气作为惰性气体,将空间内的氧气浓度降低到5%以下以抑制钠火。传统的方式是使用氮气罐或者液氮罐供应氮气,氮气的长期储存会占用大量的空间,且需要一定的维护成本。如果采用新型的膜制氮技术进行供氮,则将氮气的生产和使用实时结合在一起,不需要储存氮气,能节省空间和成本。本文对氮气罐供氮工艺和膜制氮供氮工艺进行了比较,分析了膜制氮技术在雾状钠火防护中的应用原理,结果表明,当膜制氮的氮气纯度大于95%时,理论上可以满足钠火防护的要求,得出了所需的氮气量和氮气纯度的关系,表明采用膜制氮技术代替氮气罐供氮的方式是可行的。然后,对膜制氮技术在钠火防护中的应用方案进行了探讨,分析了采用膜制氮技术之后所带来的改变。

【Abstract】 Nitrogen is required in the main sodium spray fire protection measures including cells filled by inert gas,double-wall pipe filled by inert gas,and nitrogen flooding system,in order to reduce the concentration of oxygen below 5%for suffocation of sodium fire.Traditionally nitrogen is provided by nitrogen container or liquid nitrogen tank,which takes up much space in long time storage and need maintenance cost to some extent.If nitrogen-generated by membrane separation is applied,it will take up smaller space and be more economical,because nitrogen is used while it is generated,so the storage of nitrogen is avoided.The technology of nitrogen provided by membrane separation and nitrogen container is compared,and the theory of application of nitrogen-generated by membrane separation in sodium spray fire protection is deduced.The results show that the nitrogen generated by membrane separation meets the requirement of sodium fire protection if its concentration is over95%.And the relation between the required volume of nitrogen and its concentration in sodium fire protection demonstrates that it is suitable to use nitrogen generated by membrane as substitution.Moreover,the ways of application of nitrogen-generated by membrane separation in sodium spray fire protection and changes of technology along with that is investigated.
