CSNS靶站水冷却系统方案优化研究

【摘要】 中国散裂中子源(CSNS)是中国迄今为止中国最大的国家重大科技基础设施,主要包括加速器、靶站、谱仪及相应的配套设施。靶站水冷却系统为靶站关键系统,包括1套重水系统和2套轻水系统,为靶体、反射体、慢化器等9个冷却对象提供冷媒,实现慢化、冷却、气液分离等诸多功能。本文介绍了系统指标、方案组成、设备布局特点,综合考验多种工况和参数调节手段,优化系统方案,保证系统清洁度、稳定安全、压力边界完整,确保系统正常运行,充分考虑各类事故工况的应急预案。
【Abstract】 China spallation neutron source(CSNS) is the biggest technological infrastructure in China so far.It mainly consists of accelerator,target,instruments and supporting facility.Target station water cooling system is one of the key systems.It consists of one heavy water and two light water independent closed cooling loops.The cooling water flow through severed components,such as target,reflector,moderator and so on,to achieve the functions of cooling,neutron moderator as well as gas-liquid separation.The paper introduced the design indices,scheme,equipment layout characteristics,and the commissioning single systems and joint commissioning scheme.Various conditions and adjustment method has been test by comprehensive tests.Based on the test,the operation and maintenance scheme has been optimized to satisfy the system cleanliness,stability,safety and integrity of pressure boundary.The emergency plan on accident conditions has been considered fully to ensure the system performance well
