【摘要】 等几何分析采用CAD领域中的基函数作为CAE计算中的形函数,从而避开了传统CAE中时间耗费很大的网格划分环节。等几何分析使CAD与CAE两个独立发展的产业有可能在不远的将来实现深度融合,也将使基于分析计算的优化设计工作具备深化应用的基础。本文介绍了实验室正在研发的CAD/CAE/OPT一体化软件ARCHYTAS的发展状况。ARCHYTAS在底层全面的几何算法库支持下,实现了CAD几何模型构建和交互设计的功能,并融入了对T样条的支持。基于良好的几何适应能力,研发了板壳单元的等几何计算和拓扑优化功能,初步实现了在同一平台内完整的从产品建模,到性能分析,再到设计优化的整个过程。本文将对ARCHYTAS系统的详细架构技术、关键数据结构、核心算法实现等做一全面和详细的介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Isogeometric analysis uses basis function in CAD as the shape function in CAE,thus bypasses the time-consuming mesh generation step in traditional CAE. This advantage means IGA may realize the in-depth combination of CAD and CAE in the near future,and also provides a solid basis for design optimization based on analysis. This paper introduces the CAD/CAE/OPT integrated software ARCHYTAS which is under development. ARCHYTAS is supported by a full function geometry algorithm library,and capable of interactive CAD modeling as well as T-Spline functions. Based on the geometry function,the plate and shell element based IGA is realized. The topology optimization can also be performed in the same software. So from design to analysis and optimization,the full product development process can be achieved on one uniform platform. The architecture and data structure,core algorithms and so on are described in this paper.更多还原
