双稳态压电-电磁复合能量采集器的实验研究

【摘要】 随着微电子无线技术的快速发展以及人们对生存环境的逐渐重视,新能源供电技术成为研究热点。文章提出了一种新型双稳态压电电磁复合能量采集器。本结构所使用的压电材料为PVDF,线圈为铜漆包线。通过实验对比研究得出,双稳态压电电磁复合发电结构比传统压电悬臂梁发电结构的发电效果好。实验分析了初始磁间距和外激励频率对系统发电效率的影响,确定了最优磁间距范围以及最佳初始磁间距。通过电压频率关系图和扫频实验研究了系统的刚度特性,结果表明,系统呈现软弹簧特性。实验中,通过调节外激励频率,研究了系统的动力学行为。实验得出,引入自调谐磁力,使压电梁更容易越过势垒,系统的非线性动力学行为更为丰富而复杂,拓宽了系统的有效工作频宽。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of microelectronics and wireless technology,people pay more attention to the environment.The new energy power supply technology has become a research hotspot.This paper presents a novel bistable piezoelectric-electromagnetic combined energy harvester.The piezoelectric material used in the structure is PVDF,and the coil is the enamelled copper wire.The experimental results indicate that the power generation efficiency of the bistable piezoelectric electromagnetic combined power generation structure is better than that of the traditional piezoelectric cantilever beam power generation structure.The influence of the initial magnetic distance and the external excitation frequency on the power generation efficiency of the system is analyzed.Then,the optimal range of the magnetic distance and the optimal initial magnetic distance are obtained.The stiffness characteristics of the system is investigated by the voltage frequency response curves and the sweep waveform of vibration.The experimental results show that the system presents soft spring characteristic.The dynamic behavior of the system is studied by adjusting the external excitation frequency.The experiment results show that the self tuning magnetic force makes the piezoelectric beam cross the barrier easier.The nonlinear dynamic behavior of the system is more obvious and complex,and the effective bandwidth of the system is broadened.
