基于区间分析的不确定转子系统动力特性计算

【摘要】 针对航空发动机转子系统中的不确定性,运用一种基于切比雪夫正交多项式的非概率-区间分析方法对转子进行动力特性分析,克服了传统概率方法需要参数先验概率分布的苛刻要求。用传递矩阵法推导了悬臂转子的确定性运动方程,利用切比雪夫逼近和区间运算将在不确定性影响下的动力系统转换为一系列确定性方程,进而获取不确定动力响应范围。分析了不同不确定参数在不同不确定水平下,系统的响应边界。结果表明,不确定性对该转子系统动力特性影响很大,非概率动力响应与确定性响应特性和规律有很大差异,多源不确定性传播可引起转子系统大幅振动。
【Abstract】 A non-probabilistic interval method is applied to dynamic response analysis of aero-engine rotor systems subject uncertainties which overcomes the hash requirements of precise probabilistic distributions in stochastic solution frames.The transfer matrix method is used to derive the deterministic equation of motion of an overhung rotor system and the dynamic uncertain system is further approximated by a set of deterministic ODEs using Chebyshev orthogonal approximation and interval arithmetic.The dynamic response ranges under different uncertain degrees with different uncertain parameters are analyzed.The results show that uncertainties have significant effects on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system and the non-probabilistic response is different from the deterministic one in mechanism.Multi-source uncertainties may lead to heavy vibration in rotor systems.
