应用于几何失谐叶盘动态特性分析的减缩模型对比研究
Comparisons Between Two Kinds of Reduced-Order Model for Geometrically Mistuned Bladed Disk

【摘要】 叶盘中不可避免地存在的失谐会可能会导致严重的振动局部化现象。为提高失谐叶盘振动特性分析的效率,目前多采用固定界面模态综合法和基于模态族的减缩方法。本文介绍两类方法的实现基本理论和实现过程,通过算例对比两类方法在模态和谐响应分析中的精度与效率。结果表明:在一定程度的几何失谐范围内,固定界面模态减缩法与模态族减缩法得到的结果与完整模型的有限元求解结果一致,并且两类减缩法的求解效率要优于完整模型的有限元求解,验证了上述两种方法的有效性与适用范围。
【Abstract】 To improve the efficiency of vibration analysis for bladed disk with geometric mistuning of ensured computational accuracy,two reduced-order methods of analyzing vibration characteristic bladed disk with geometric mistuning respectively based on CB-CMS and SNM are proposed.By these methods,the modal and the harmonic response of a mistuned bladed disk are analyzed.And the results are compared with that by finite element method.The result shows that the data of the method of CB-CMS and the method of SNM agree with the result of FEM,which proves the validity and the utility of the reduced order methods.
