【摘要】 MEBO湿润烧伤膏具有止痛、祛腐、防止新生肉芽组织老化形成瘢痕,促进上皮组织再生修复创面等疗效,临床主要用于烧伤、烫伤、化学烧伤、电灼伤等症;由于其作用柔和,无刺激性,且有明显的表皮和组织再生功能及镇痛作用,近年来在皮肤外科其他疾病的治疗中取得了较好的疗效。如对带状疱疹引起的皮肤疱疹、糜烂、坏死等病变组织的修复十分有利;对瘢痕疙瘩的预防和治疗;对皮炎湿疹的止痛和止痒作用;对新生儿脓疱疮减轻患儿疼痛,较快控制感染;对金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合症和慢性皮肤溃疡均有很好的疗效。近年来黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院皮肤科在颜面激素依赖性皮炎、银屑病的红皮病的治疗中正在用它替代其他任何一种外用药,其柔润、无刺激、促进皮肤再生的优势越来越明显,被广大皮肤科医生所认可,并应用于临床之中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective MEBO has many clinical effects including stopping pain,removing necrotic tissue,preventing the aging of new granulation tissue to format scar tissue and promoting regeneration and repair of epithelial tissues.MEBO has been used to treat burns,scalding,chemical burns,and electrical burns.MEBO has been also used to treat some diseases in dermatology department and showed good efficacy in recent years,because of its advantages such as non-irritation,obvious promoting regeneration of epithelial and tissue and stopping pain.For example,MEBO showed good effect on the repair of lesion skin tissues including herpes,erosion and necrosis of skin caused by shingles;MEBO can play a role to prevent and treat kloid;it has effects of stopping pain and itching resulted from dermatitis and eczema;for newborn children with impetigo,it can relieve pain and control infection rapidly.For Staphylococcus aureus scalded skin-like syndrome and various chronic skin ulcers,it also showed good effects.Especially in recent years,hormone-dependent facial dermatitis and psoriasis red have been treated with MEBO in Dermatology Department(The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine).It becomes an alternative of any other kind of the medication for external use due to above mentioned advantages.Now it is gradually being recognized by the general dermatologist.更多还原
