【摘要】 目的:评价6-12月龄先心病患儿的辅食喂养行为并探究ICFI与患儿生长发育的相关性。方法:对2014年4月至2015年12月在上海、重庆、深圳、武汉、南京5所综合性儿童医院就诊的274名6-12月龄先心病患儿进行调查,分为6-8月龄组(包括6-8.9月龄的患儿)和9-11月龄组(包括9-12月龄的患儿),采用自制的先心病婴儿营养管理调查表和婴幼儿喂养指数评分标准(Infant and Child Feeding Index,ICFI)采集患儿的基本资料、辅食喂养信息及生长发育指标。结果:274名先心病患儿的ICFI得分为8.11±4.01,ICFI合格率为9.9%;先心病患儿营养不良的发生率为46.0%,不同地区之间营养不良的发生率存在显著差异(=30.15,p=0.000);ICFI评分与HAZ、WAZ存在正相关关系(HAZ:r=-0.171,p=0.004;WAZ:r=0.151,p=0.012),而与WHZ之间相关性不显著(r=0.009,p=0.883),6-8月龄组表现更明显;9-11月龄组患儿中,ICFI与HAZ、WAZ、WHZ不存在显著相关性。结论:ICFI能较全面地评价6-12月龄先心病患儿的辅食喂养现状,先心病患儿的辅食喂养现状不容乐观,营养不良的发生率较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate complementary feeding status and nutrition of 6 to 12 months old infants with congenital heart disease.Methods:Cross-sectional study design,5 children s hospitals in Shanghai、 Chongqing、 Shenzhen、Wuhan、 Nanjing province participated in this survey.274 infants were distributed into 6-8 months group and 9-11 months group.A self-designed questionnaire and Infant and Child Feeding Index(ICFI) were used to investigate nutritional management status of infants from April to December in 2014.Results:The average score of ICFI were 8.11 ± 4.01;On-target rate of ICFI of the whole group was 9.9%;The incidence of malnutrition of infants with congenital heart disease was 46.0%,differences in multi-center;The ICFI was associated with both HAZ(r=0.171,p=0.004) and WAZ(r=0.151,p=0.012),But it was not associated with children’ s WHZ(r=0.009,p=0.883).Conclusions:ICFI can be used to assessment and comparison the feeding practices of infants with congenital heart disease;The complementary feeding status of infants with congenial heart disease was not optimistic,the incidence of malnutrition was high.更多还原
